Breathe Again Terms of Use

Breathe Again: Quit Smoking · Last updated September 28, 2026

Breathe Again is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to this app.

Not medical advice

Breathe Again supports your attempt to quit smoking or vaping. It doesn't diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or other health professional. Health milestones come from the World Health Organization and describe general findings, not your personal health. Talk to a professional before starting or changing any stop-smoking medicine. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.

The AI coach

The coach gives general, supportive suggestions generated by Apple's on-device and Private Cloud Compute models or by built-in guidance. Replies can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for medical decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Breathe Again Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
